This week, we take a deep dive into a Product Development meeting at Jocko's American Made apparel company, Origin. Each and every product produced by Origin is made with soul, crafted entirely with materials found on American soil. After 10 years of building the company, Origin is looking to make huge strides to become a premier provider in markets other than Jiu-Jitsu, Denim Jeans, and leather boots. I so appreciate your devotion to developing and improving your product line. The jeans I purchased years ago from Origin have some issues with the waist line folding up and not enough belt loops. I got 2 new factory fit pair’s recently and they are so nice. Keep up the great work. I so like wearing your products and telling your story when people ask about the clothes

Looking forward to some of these new products, especially the athletic wear. A solid non camo option for a rain jacket and pants will be perfect for coaching sports in the wind and rain. I’m also hoping to see the athletic shorts with a bit longer inseam in the future too for basketball and other non grappling sports. Keep up the great work!

What a great building block line for 2023. Looking forward to adding some of the nano wool solids to my EDC. I think Jocko hit the nail on the head with the solid wool shortsleeve and hoodies... Especially for the people that like to stay away from the synthetic fibers as much as they can. I know it's a product video, but I'm super looking forward to seeing some of the upgrades and changes in the boot department too. Keep that tradition alive in New England!!

As was mentioned in the video some of the jeans were cut pretty skinny. Not too big of a deal after a few hours or wearing as they stretch out a bit. The double belt loop will be a game changer for the jeans and will kick them up another notch. Excited about all the new products and am planning on putting away some extra coin here and there to add to my closet!

I'm so stoked to see everything that Origin comes out with. I don't think I've ever been this excited for new product lines. I have always wanted Origin to make a flannel and I feel as if that is a real possibility now with all the new products launching. Love this video! I’m excited to see all of the new clothing lines that you’re rolling out. I’m a huge fan of Henley’s and stoked to hear you’ll be rolling them out in merino wool, that’s a game changer for every day wear, a base layer for hunting, skiing, etc. keep it up!

Looking forward to more colors and maybe a 6" inseam for the RTX training shorts? Can't express enough how pumped I get to wear made in USA gear into the gym. That product line has limitless potential for Origin and I'm here for it!! Tanks in the future perhaps? There's a line for everyone whether gym, hunt, everyday, work, etc. Seeing more everyday pants other than denim is fricken awesome. There are days when I just want "easy wear" clothes other than joggers, especially a few days after training legs and you want that perfect balance of weight and slight compression on your muscles, but not the rigidity of denim. Some of the pants in this video seem to give that comfort and still provide the functionality that sweats or joggers don't. So glad these videos show us what is being talked about and developed. There's zero need for me to look at other companies for specific apparel now that Origin is tapping into so many different markets. Keep getting after it!

I love what you guys are doing. I cannot afford much but my wife got me a few things for fathers day from a couple different lines and I mean it when I say that I love every single piece of clothing I got. Shorts, D68 pants, hoodie, and shirts all are comfortable, flexible and feel extremely durable all at the same time.

I’d love to see a 2 in 1 no gi short with a compression liner. Cover all the bases. Also looking forward to the new nyloc pants, recent bought a hunt pant and love the feel, look forward to seeing more upgraded/ use specific versions

Just wore the the RTX tshirt for training yesterday. I live in the SE and it’s a little thick for a training t-shirt and material feels a little rough. Thinner and softer would be an improvement. Also, please try to find a way that any pant you makes can be found with a waistband that has some flex to it for EDC. Anyone carrying a firearm inside the waistband needs about an inch of flex in the waistband Love what y’all are doing. Keep refining

New line looks awesome. I think you should do a “professional” button-down long sleeve. I’m in construction management and currently wear Carhartt’s professional button downs to work everyday. I’m sure Origin could do it better, and I’d be proud to wear made in USA.

Origin's vision and story has such a great ripple effect. It's reaching Europe. I'm in the Netherlands and Origin is the only company I want to buy clothes from. My jiujitsu gi's, pants, tops, jackets, etc. I don't care about the shipping and custom's costs, it's all worth supporting this company and their employees. If I ever lose everything I have here, I will pack my bags and knock on their door for a job.

I wear a size 36/32 pant. Your Delta 36/32 are about 1-2 inches too long. I’m going to have them tailored, but when I buy my second pair of 68s, I’ll order 36/30. Not sure if you’re getting other feedback about the pants being slightly long.

Bonded Fleece Jacket - I wear similar style jackets all winter (Northern Maine) with layering underneath. Will the zippers be waterproof/resistant similar to 5.11 Saber 2.0 jacket, Klim Tomahawk jacket, etc.? Can't really tell from the video. 100% plan to purchase when released.

Love the change to “firm up” the belt loop on the jeans. I bought three pair in your first run and the only thing I do not like is the belt loop folds over and loosens up too much after I wear them a while. Reposting the middle class video to my social. Loading up on t’s, the workout shorts mentioned and kilo. Thanks for what you do. Don’t stop.

I can’t wait to try the rain jacket I’ve been needing one for hiking; I’m assuming it’s packable. I hope all of the clothes with a DWR finish are PFA and PFC free. If they aren’t, then I’m probably going to go with Patagonia’s. I can’t wait for the merino wool base layers too. I’m about to pick up some jeans since my old ones are falling apart. I have been buying the new origin products like no one’s business. When the hunt line came out got myself the nano wool jacket, great fit and fabric. Maybe it was just a quality control issue but the waist line on my jacket came apart and the pockets are now detached a bit (can fit my hands through them). I’m no product wizard but maybe look into making that a little more durable? Considering it’s for lots of movement and guys who may have larger waists. Otherwise, I’ve been really satisfied. Keep hammering, Origin. Salutations from your northern neighbour!

When I first put on the nyloc field pants I immediately noticed a tightness in the rear butt area when lifting up a knee. Once in the field I did not notice as much but still did feel it at times. Overall fit was good, length and waist were right on.
