A Fish from the African DESERT

8 ай бұрынHey everyone! Today we are taking a closer look at one of the most unique fish I have in the fish room. The Danakilia sp. Shukoray. This undescribed cichlid comes to us from the desert oasis of Eritrea in north Africa, along the Red Sea. This fish likes it HOT, having adapted to life in extreme environments. There looks to be little or no aggression from them (or were they just behaving for the camera?!) as I'm watching these interact with each other which is a bonus surely when keeping cichlids together!
