Hi all, today I'm painting Elsa Lanchester in her role as 'The Bride Of Frankenstein. I also talk about a show called Strange Inheritance. One of the episodes features the feud between Frank Frazetta's children over the art left to them after his death in 2010
I haven't been able to locate the full episode, (STRANGE INHERITANCE Season 3 Episode 2: Fantasy Feud) but I did find a preview here ... video.foxbusine...

I know this is an old video ( nice bride bro) I’m glad they are selling some of these so they can be conserved ( some are in bad shape) I just hope owners show them to fans from time to time.

Beautiful work and method. I'm curious what pencils you are using over the airbrush and ink work? I've always had a hard time finding the right pencil for this ,they never seem to be able to cover on top of other mediums.

Fox Business News Channel- a Fox News channel- Incredible Inheritances-9:00 pm nightly not weekends (maybe 8pm?) It's the mostly Conservative Channel. They show repeats often (once every two weeks ?) Frazetta show is great !!!

Yeah, I remember when all that went down with the Frazettas...really interesting stuff. Last I heard Frank Jr had been acting on orders from his father to protect the paintings from the other Frazettas-not necessarily to sell them. And there were claims that Frank Sr was suffering from dementia, so the validity of his orders to his Frank Jr was called into question as well. I believe the collection was split up amongst the kids and Frank Jr's portion is housed in the museum that he and his wife run in Pennsylvania.

I think frank Jr is bad just look at him in painting with fire standing there looking all dorky in his golf clothes lol, refusing to paint just because his dad was the best. that's a load of crap. Look at the Kuberts, Adam kubert isnt as good as Joe kubert, but Adam is still making great comics just like his dad. you can tell in the documentary frank jr had resentment toward his dad for not selling his paintings I just had a bad vibe from that guy.

That is some story. It is sad and shameful. It's very selfish to try and steal Frazettas amazing work. But I would imagine most people would want to cash in on that big money. The sons didn't create the paintings. So they don't deserve to sell them. It's a sad story.
