I learned that as long as you’re passionate and truly passionate about what ever you do people will line up and spend the money! Just know your worth at the end of the day wishing these guys success food looks great

What are you smoking? You must live in a small town. It’s marketing, good food and hype. It doesn’t happen magically. There’s incredible restaurants that aren’t in “up and coming” places that hipsters are unaware of, and therefore aren’t “special”. Look at these people’s menu and truck name. Has hipster ig kids written all over it

You guys are certainly on the right track. ❤️👍 I've been there and done it guys, with great success. In the end it was to much, now we've had to open a restaurant - café with full size kitchen to cope with the high turnover. But you are right in one thing for sure, you will never work for anyone else again. EVER. 👍🙏🥰
