Kristi i would suggest you grip the bar with your thumbs wrapped around, its only beneficial for you in the long run, grip strength, forearm growth and stability. At first it will lessen the amount of pull ups you can do but practice and do alot of deadhangs and it will benefit you in the future

LOVE the dead stop at the bottom of each pullup. They were some GORG pullups.

Awesome video! My coach programs a lot of tempo and pause work, which I feel has really helped with strength. We also did pause deadlifts the other day and it was no joke!

Would u do any limited equipment and body weight exercises considering peoples limited access to the gyms or equipment? I really liked Ryan humistons series and wondered your take on it especially with hyper trophy in mind

Just had to ask if you don’t mind. You have a nice front squat. Any cues on the movement? On my way Up I feel as if I fall a little forward, you seem to always stay in mid foot. I wish I went to a gym with that many ropes! The gym I used to belong to had 1 rope and they never programmed rope skills. Any ideas on DIY hanging a rope at home?😁
