So good to see you guys hang out and see Pan’s childlike reaction with incredulity to the awesomeness of the property. Matt, I disagree with the comments made by some people that you look miserable. You look like a man that has found contentment in life in your own unique way. Congratulations on everything you’ve achieved and will continue to pursue in the future. I’d love to see Rick from RAD garage visit at some point. One final thing, I laughed out loud when you said you’re unable to use the property as it is booked out for 40 weeks!

If the house wasnt in the mountains of Georgia and instead was in a traditionally desirable vacation location, like on the ocean, it would easily be 25K a week or more.
