Congrats 👏🎊. Is that a keeper, or will it go the way of the XM-18? I’m definitely getting a CR. I’ve been oscillating between the Sabenza 31 & Inkosi. The Inkosi washers are larger (good), but doesn’t have a bushing on the pivot screw. Also, the Inkosi doesn’t have a lanyard hole (good). I’m leaning towards the Inkosi. The glass blasted finish is being made available relatively soon. That’s the finish I like. Rock on👍🤘👍

No I can tell this one is staying with me. I decided on the Inkosi because of how clean and simple the lines are for me and looked like it work have nice ergo’s for working. I feel like now that I’ve experienced it and see how much I like that experience, I’m going to save for a fancy Sabenza with an inlay of some sort. Also the small to EDC. I’ve picked up the Inkosi more since filming that review. I really just enjoy how differently it works. I honestly feel like I’ll have it so long it’ll go to my son and he will understand why it is special lol 👍

the Land 910T2 (M390, Titanium handles) is 80 bucks, has ball bearings, perfect action, perfect fit and finish, and you are allowed to flip it. the 810 (almost same size as the Inkosi) is even cheaper. so to be honest i don't see the point - no offense. being patriotic comes to mind...

I’m a bit of a car guy, and I don’t know if this will make sense. I see this less of a KIA versus a Mustang, but more of a 1960’s Mustang fresh off the assembly line in 2022, with refined parts and materials experience. I don’t think most people that pick up a grail are going to tell you it is special because it has the better materials, or the best heat treat, or anything like that. I also feel like the other consideration is Chris Reeve is a small manufacture, engaged with the knife community. Same with Hinderer, Demko more recently, and even Doug Ritter who spear heads knife rights in the USA. Knowing it is more expensive but wanting to support small makers who pay out better salary and benefits to employees who are passionate about the hobbies influences a large amount of buyers too. I guess that part falls under the patriotic piece. I love a good deal, but I’m honestly glad I’ve gotten to experience a CRK. 👍👊

@@jd4edc i totally agree and understand. my whole life i was into limited editions and even some custom knives. but in the last couple of years it really baffles me what the Chinese sell for 25 bucks.
