In fact, I went to that mayor's high school during the time of her grandparents' generation... and I was frequently attacked by such groups of "children" there. Of course, that school's problem was always ignored by the press until Mrs. Cooper, my Geometry teacher, was shot in her Algebra class by one of these children - and then it got a little coverage.
