I absolutely LOVED the revival at Asbury in KY, I remember all the streets were filled with cars from all over America and the world, there will spill over chapels because the main one was over-filled. It was amazing!!

Love this topic! I’m from Mexico (Monterrey) and right now we are in the middle of a revival, so at church we’ve been learning a lot about that, cause it’s not easy to keep a revival going. One of the main signs there is indeed a revival going it’s the mass salvation like you mentioned, but we’ve learned that it’s not just enough having a lot of people convert but it’s also necessary to disciple them, and help them continue in their walk with Christ. Some of the things we’ve experienced are seeing signs, wonders and miracles (as it says in the book of Acts) and it’s not just like one day, literally every week there’s new testimonies of God doing healing miracles, financial miracles, etc. and I’ve experienced first hand gold dust appearing in my hands and oil coming out of them too, we’ve even had diamonds appear, not only at church but at houses and cars, and other places. I mention this cause all of this is a way for people to believe, to acknowledge that God is real, and it’s biblical too cause in John 11:40 it mentions SEEING God’s glory, there’s also Job 42:5 mentioning seeing God’s glory and well during the Apostles ministry there’s always mention of signs, wonders and miracles. My pastor explained that for generations it’s been preached about feeling God’s presence and when you invite someone to church it’s like “Come to this place where you can feel God’s presence.” But nowadays people find all sorts of ways to feel, and we are mostly influenced by what we see so it’s quite natural that God is now showing His glory in a tangible way. Although we also feel his presence haha, it comes together. You also mentioned how there’s no formula, like you can’t manufacture a Revival, and i wholeheartedly agree with that. God manifests wherever he wants, wherever he decides to pour His grace and mercy, which is also why I think we are extremely blessed because everything that’s been happening just came as a kind of surprise, we where asking for Revival for our nation, to us it wasn’t important where it started as long as it impacted our nation and well by the grace of God it was my city that became that spearhead for the rest of the nation. Another sign that there’s revival it’s persecution, which you also mentioned. During the biggest revival in history which was with Jesus and the Apostles there was persecution, but it’s during those times of persecution that God manifested his power. We are blessed to be in a country where we have the freedom to express our faith (although sadly that’s about to change with the new government), but there’s been still a lot of people sending hate, we’ve learned of people that are into witchcraft and all that doing stuff to see the downfall of our church (some even went directly to the church and ended up converting cause of the Holy Spirit!!) , there’s even a Pastor from Spain that pretty much talks badly about many renowned Men of God, and he took notice of what’s happing here and made a video about our Pastor 😂. Something else, when you talked about infrastructure, that’s absolutely right, we moved places from a place that could host 400 people to a place that can host 2000 in 2022 still during pandemic (cause we started moving in December 2021) we were only 120 people in the new place. Right now we only have around a 1000 chairs out but now we are full, like in all celebrations there’s people that have to stay up cause there’s no more chairs. And I think if my Pastor hadn’t been sensible to God’s voice and changed places He wouldn’t have given us the crowds, and even if he had we wouldn’t have had a way to fit them. Now we are looking for an even bigger place haha, cause people keep arriving. The numbers may seem small, but in our city which was known by many God of Men as a “Cemetery of Ministries” it is a big thing. I wrote a lot haha sorry (and there’s still a lot of things I didn’t) it’s just a topic I find really interesting and like. I hope it was readable LOL.

TFS! I really enjoyed this episode. Interestingly, I live only about a 45 minute drive from Asbury but didn’t visit during the revival. I initially felt that I would be going as a spectator and that would be wrong of me. I eventually decided it would be cool to see what God was doing, but it was too late. That was the night they shut everything down 😂

There will be a revival, a new dawn a new Christian understanding of how Jesus walked and behaved, it is away of responding to our fellow humans, it is nothing to do with institutional denominations , it is righteousness and compassion to our fellowship with all ,it is not put self first ,or survival of the fitest, which is taking over, we should act like Jesus,if we are Christian
