I'm here for ya man here we go. - The HyperX Cloud II has a metal skeleton, this is especially important for the adjustment joints (where the headband connects to the earcups) because if its all plastic its much more likely to break there. This guy won't break on you for years if you treat her well. - you either plug the 3.5" headphone jack into your controller or other audio source, or you can plug the Dolby 7.1 USB dongle into a PC USB port. sadly this doesn't work with any consoles, only PC. but the 3.5" headphone jack works on anything. (except the iphone 7 ;) ) -Its really good at noise cancellation. I gave them to my friend and he says the leather is more noise isolating, so he uses the foam so he can hear his mom call for him. it'll be great for blocking out high pitched controller sounds, background noise, and the like, but no headphone could cancel out Deep loud stomping on the floor above you, but some yelling siblings in the next room could be blocked out. - I would say its a lot better than that playstation headset. plus you can replace the headset ear pads etc. Its worth it.:) Hope that helps! any other questions and i'm happy to help bro.

Yep! Works just like the Xbox One. through the 3.5mm jack. (no Dolby 7.1 support) but still sounds and works great! Mic and all. :)
