अंग्रेजी भाषा को भारतीय शिक्षा प्रणाली पर थोप कर हम विश्व स्तर के ज्ञानी नहीं बल्कि केवल अंग्रेजी बोलने वाले रोबोट पैदा कर रहे हैं। जापान अब तक 10 नोबेल पुरुस्कार विजेता दुनिया को प्रस्तुत कर चुका है पिछले दस वर्षो में विज्ञानं एवं टेक्नोलॉजी के क्षेत्र में क्यूंकि वह अपनी मातृ भाषा में शिक्षा प्रदान करता है। चीन भी आर्टिफिशल इंटेलिजेंस टेक्नोलॉजी में विश्व सर्वप्रथम स्थान पाने की दौड़ में काफी आगे निकल चुका है और अमेरिका को टक्कर देता हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है क्यूंकि वह अपनी मातृ भाषा मेनडरिन उपयोग करता है।
परन्तु भारत अभी भी इस अंग्रेजी भाषा के भ्रमजाल से अपने आप को नहीं छुड़ा पा रहा है। विश्वगुरु की उपाधि यदि हमें वापिस लेना है तो अपनी क्षेत्रीय या राष्ट्रीय भाषाओं को सर्वप्रथम स्थान शिक्षा में देना शुरू कर देना चाहिए।
