A Gravel Bike Rip Down the Trolley Trail - Belmont Plateau

Күн бұрынToday's video is a top to bottom gravel bike run on the OG Trolley Trail descent. This footage was from last fall when I was testing my new Go Pro Hero 10 Black on the chest mount and couldn't mountain bike due to some lower back and neck issues I was dealing with. Came across it the other day and figured I'd put it out for people as a reminder that gravel bikes can shred too! :)

@@PhillyMTB ah yea man for sure. I was there once before on last year. That trolley trail is fun af. But the whole trail system isn’t worth the 1.5 hour drive.

Thanks! Your videos are incredible, & inspiring me to get more adventurous in the city. I’ve been ripping around on road bikes in the city for 15 years, but watching your videos is making me want to get a proper gravel bike to do some of the Belmont & Wiss trails. I had no idea there’s so many gnarly trails close to home. Do you ride much on the trails in the winter? I don’t know anyone who does gravel or single track riding in town, & would be really rad to get some tips & advice. Either way, thanks for sharing. Your riding is sick

@@MsUnclesteve thanks! We're very lucky in Philly to have such great riding accessible from center city. If you're looking to ride the wiss singletrack, consider a hard tail MTB.. You can ride a lot of the wiss on a gravel bike, but it's way more fun on a MTB. You really can't go wrong though... So much good riding
