This video helped me so much in realizing that there is someone else is struggling and i am not alone. For years i had a medical condition so that stressed me put and kept eating till i gained weight, then i started to hate myself for years and years. Now i am trying to change it, but lake of social engagement with ppl who are supportive is so hard. Thanks for this type of video and talk although i am way older than you but watching you talking more about it make me happy and positive 🤍🤍

I feel your pain, I was obsessed for years lifting weights to be a certain weight. Trouble is every time I reached my goal I moved the goal post so I was never happy even though I was told time and time again I was humongous. Good to see you back. X

I just hate how people have to make comments on peoples body. It makes life so hard to simply even exist. it’s also the reason I haven’t been going to work, but anyways I agree with you Thalia. I just wish people could gain a different perspective on appearances and not place any attention on how people “should” look. Everyone is different and that’s the beauty, that’s what should be embraced.

This might help, my friends (20-23) are all on VERY different paths - 1. Had a strict very academic plan for 7 years then decided they didn’t enjoy it and is now on a gap year at home 2. Moved from family to live with her sick father and is now expecting a baby 3. Is set on one creative thing and happy to move around. If you look around no one is doing the same thing. 🤍 😊
