I reject the premise that someone could not have low dopamine output and high reuptake at the same time. Therefore combining makes sense low dosage as a trial. That is kinda the thing i hear being said implicitly: "I dont want to go throu the work/take the risk/you dont know what your doing you are not worthit/its complex but i gotta give a answer let me just make up some explanation because i already made up my mind by being typically med critical, you already got more crumbs than you deserve anyway when gdp was 50x lower i also did not have those options, i only do this becuase the evidence was so overwelming that i could not justify my pro therapy bias anymore, but noone talked about combining so im just gona say "no" without checking - its easyer for me and its not like i don't have other things to do. Partially understandable becuase fear or irrational regulators (voted by majority who often is not relly that smart) cracking down on them (wasting tax money on AI tiltration/dose insights that are invested in a worthless drugwar against people that wont go away since they are trying to selfmedicate), so honestly if your life is shit or not - the psychiatrist is fine. They dont relly get a reward anyway since most people believe adhd is bs and that you just need therapy or natural stuff. So dont expect you have a right to try everything."
