I have been a Once since early 2018 and have always wanted to make a guide, after multiple failed attempts I finally finished one!
This is my longest and probably one of the hardest videos lol! I have made other guides but 9 members can be long when you want to show each one of them the best. Thank you to anyone who watches, reacts, or sends the videos to others. I get so much joy when I see Kpop reactors watching my videos!

Some of you have thankfully pointed out some mistakes: I forgot to add Cruel for Dahyun and room on Jihyo’s 😭 miss typed 20th as 10 for debut Im so sorry it got a bit messed up, I could reupload with fixes, which I might do and just keep this one up for a bit Edit: Decided not to reupload, I added subtitles with corrections - thank you everyone who commented ❤

@@SK_DC I think it’s easy to learn about the groups history the most important part of a twice guide would have to be the individual members because it’s nine of them I think this is a good introduction because after some guides people still can’t even remember all the members

Well done glad to see the silly stuff eliminated since Twice are grown women now and maybe even more important thanks for eliminating that stupid sub vocalist and making it vocalist (I would argue some, Sana for one, are more than that now) but it's still an improvement. Your explanations are key so many guides show things that are totally confusing without some context (minor error Boo has the black nose Dooby's nose is red). I will definitely be recommending this one and the one by Jaytzu as the guides to watch. OT9 forever (TIMELESS).

This is a great guide for 2024! Great job! Thanks for your hard work! 💯 There are just some corrections though, not sure if you can still update them.. but that's fine if not.. 26:41 title should be Eye Eye Eyes, Room was not included 35:42 title should be I'm Gonna Be a Star 37:06 Cruel was not included 43:13 Eye Eye Eyes w/ Jihyo was not included Aside from these, all are so good! You made me smile/laugh the whole video then got me teary-eyed at the end.. Haha! This should be shared to all ONCEs/baby ONCEs in the world! I will try to spread this as much as I can.. Thank you so much again for this! 🥰🍭

It's nice to see a video summarizing the long career of Kpop's best JYPE girl group. It was also a shock in 2022 when they relenquished the crown to the next gen New Jeans. Now they are milking the public doing concerts but not really introducing or creating any comercial hit songs.I think the last # one hit song was in 2018.Twice is the best example of Gen 3 girls kpop. The dance is the focal point and the at the expense of complex or multi layered vocals such as we now have in Gen 4. I call Gen 3 ...Candy coated plastic dancing ageyo. Unfortunately Red Velvet had to produce music in this period. They would be better in todays environment and as we see Wendy's in new concept it fits perfectly. Twice was popular for a concept but that was terribly limited and it's shows in the tail end of their career. Cranking out the same material until 2020 when they tried to change it up but it was too late. Aespa and New Jeans just knocked them of the charts. Their contribution to Kpop and Kworld is undeniable and the continuation of soloist from Twice are going to be interesting. Jihyo and Nayeon have open doors to the publics hearts but the continuation of the others is in question.

Eh. Stadium tour, Billboard, critically acclaimed + commercially successful albums were all in the later years of TWICE. Early TWICE did accomplish a lot (like 3 consecutive SOTYs), but it’s limited within SK and Asia. Either way, new groups will always take over one day, otherwise the current reigning groups would still be from 1st Gen lol. There are so many takeovers just with the 4th gen ggs. Like in 2022, aespa, IVE and (G)I-DLE were all briefly at the top until NewJeans debuted and *dominated* everything lol 😂 I’m happy you acknowledge 4th gen’s strong vocals though. People always call 4th gen just dance groups 🥲 strong vocal still doesn’t matter that much, only mainstream music does. Otherwise the top 3rd and 4th gen ggs would be Mamamoo and NMIXX respectively

Recently, jyp created a special application for the company and there group and they are currently called “fans” you can download, and the members are updated from time to time.

There is bubble that u get a subscription for each member there is also fans but they are inactive there They are having a japanese cb in july and rn the only ones that are active are sana with her fridge interview show (she is filling up for dex as a temporary mc) and jihyo has a variety show coming up called tenant

There is a misunderstanding among international fans and I wanted to clear it up. 1. Nayeon's real full name is "Lim Nayeon". This is the name that TWICE uses on all of their content, including their official contents. Many people confuse it with "Im Nayeon". This is because in Korean, the consonant L/R is silent when it comes to the first position of a word (except for foreign words), so it is written "Lim" and pronounced "Im/Yim". The same goes for "Lee", one of the most common Korean surnames. It is written "Lee", but the L is silent. 2. Chaeyoung, along with Tzuyu, is also a "Maknae". Many international fans think that only Tzuyu is Maknae. This is incorrect. This is because few people understand Korean age culture. Korea has its own unique age system. In the Korean age system, the year of birth is the most important point. All Koreans age on "January 1st". The month and day of birth are not taken into account at all. To make it easier to understand, think of it as if every Korean's birthday is January 1st. Of course, each person celebrates their own birthday, but it's always on January 1 that they turn old. Therefore, Tzuyu and Chaeyoung are considered the exact "same" age in Korea. As you may have noticed in TWICE's videos, the members also call Chaeyoung "Maknae". However, the English translation of "Maknae" on their official channel is "baby" or "youngest", which makes it hard for international fans to notice. If you listen to their Korean voices, you can hear them pronounce "Maknae" correctly for Chaeyoung(TTT Healing December ep.4 at 28:07)

1. When I debuted, I saw the slogan '나연 임', which means 'I am Nayeon ', and I know that it has become commonplace. Do I have to bring my last name? If I have to, Nayeon has to reveal it herself. 2. You're the youngest member of TWICE. It usually refers to the last person born among siblings.
