Solo due consigli: aggiungere l'origano a fine cottura della pizza non prima di informarla, altrimenti brucia come si vede nel video e il sapore diventa amaro; Il cameriere dovrebbe nascondere i capelli lunghi con una cuffia....non è igienico portare in tavola i piatti in questo modo.👏👏👏👍👍👍

Italia es el país con la cocina más equilibrada y sana del mundo. Seguidos de los asiáticos, son los que más legumbres y fibras comen. El orden de los productos al cocinar y la velocidad de tal es indispensable para una cocina al dente, osea más gustosa y alimenticia. Para mí, la mejor del mundo. Ojo, la cocina de este video es un fast food y buffet y a pesar de eso muy buena.

BEL ENDROIT ! Un simple avis, demandez à la personne qui se trouve derrière le bar, de bien vouloir se coiffer, et attacher ses cheveux. En restauration, l'hygiène est la première mesure à observer. Les inspecteurs qui passent "incognito" n'apprécieraient pas cette tenue !

Si tu fais que du frais tu dois demander des prix exorbitants aux clients ! Trop de perte avec certains produits frais comme le poisson !

Pour ce prix là tu ne crois tout de même pas que tu vas avoir la pêche du jour non plus ? Faut redescendre sur terre ! Ils font le max et s’appliquent à faire vivre leur entreprise . Mais c’est sûr , laisse moi deviner , tu manges que du bio , de la pêche du jour , des fromages affinés , des fruits primeurs , des légumes du maraîcher fraîchement cueillis à la rosée du matin et tu passes des heures en cuisine car oui tu es … non j’arrête là, en fait t’en vaut pas la peine …

En Francia no se necesita desinfectar cada hoja de col. Sería un desperdicio de agua y bicarbonato. Basta con lavarla entera rápido o deshacerse de las hojas externas.

Là, on vous fait voir la belle vidéo de préparation, mais il y a dans beaucoup de restaurants un manque de propreté !!!! l'hygiène est parfois à déplorer surtout dans ces restaurants " à la grande bouffe" ! ( propreté des mains, respect du froid, huile de friture de couleur douteuse ....etc ......

Arriverò a Parigi la prossima settimana e….. voglio mangiare nei posti tipici. Non capisco il senso di viaggiare e voler mangiare le stesse cose che mi cucinerei ( meglio) a casa. Per 19.90€ immagino senza bevande comprese, e’ un buffet, non tanto economico direi,che se disgraziatamente si riempie il locale di gente, ti tocca poco e niente .

Hai ragione, la qualità di questo ristorante è molto media per chi è abituato a mangiare italiano. Sono rimasto molto deluso dopo averci mangiato una volta. Se vieni a Parigi, ti consiglio "le bistrot instinct" nel quartiere del Marais.
