It’s a karmic phase, mind ended after 7 year cycle, bc I was very very angry - but it’s not that long for everyone. I had no motivation (as an Aries that’s the craziest feeling, as if you’ve lost your mind), no excitement for the future, and no plan on how to get there. I wanted to die, not in a suicidal way, but just ‘get TF out of here’ kinda way lol. The answer; I had to wait it out, dreadful but true. It will pass, the key is to not let it overwhelm you so much that it takes over your mind. It will pass.

Greetings. Pile 2 for me. For me life is physical chronic pain, for far too many years. With no diagnosis. I hear what you are saying and feel compelled to reply. My strongest defiance against giving in is Music, In all its forms, Everyday. And just recently i began to draw, sketch for the first time. For my meditation , when wanting to release i get loud, such as playing my bass guitar, i am a beginner player, and do not know how to play songs , i just play. When i need to contain, I be quiet, sitting and drawing, am a beginner, i do not know how to draw , i just draw, with my favorite music to listen to. A wise guru told me once told me, do not be the oak tree, be the blade of grass. I wish you peace.

Controversial opinion but here I go: I don't think we're supposed to be so isolated, I think something is off with this notion that in spiritual circles we must go alone for extreme periods of time. If we look at how earth works, this place is not built for extended isolation. Human psychology is not built for these levels of isolation either. I think we people who relate to the spiritual in life need to examine the deeper issues here. Is God demanding isolated paths from us, or are we humans just very judgemental and petty, and we refuse to uplevel our communication? I've regularly upset people in spiritual circles with this concept. Something is way off

​@amethystdream8251 it's the actual pathway physically along with the journey that is necessary 1 time to obtain true enlightenment but some of us have to do it 2x which is the limit (any more can literally kill you.) And many cannot handle it only very specific cases and born to be destiny or the life goal to go thru and was exactly the life and process the Buddha went thru to understand the specifics and actual details understood on what I am trying to share from doing my own journey with this and it also isn't just the process part you pointed out In yr comment but another keg linking to the full process but is only for the first time more so not the 2nd is a fasting but extremely intense and dangerous process of making your body able to handle practicing starvation with foods and also arpund liquids to not drink water even and once it reaches a spot arpund a year long process that's what is described and explained he experiences this physical process that is simikar to open yr 3rd eye or psychedelics are a tangible similar key to trigger what is discovered once reached past a point that is close to dying so right after the enlightening and opening of the 3rd eye etc is the important step to quickly eat and make the process of recovery of a healthy physical level that is the opposite process of slowly establishing the nutrition that can't be over done or it'll make u sick or cause harm at worse case even kill you if not patient and adamant to follow the impatience or unable to handle not rushing the process or else it also won't evengive the proper enlightening to be activated so you did the work and effort risking your life/health without the desired results but it'll give u a priceless teaching of wisdom around patience and other things still those knowing the journey won't give the main purpose typically it's chosen to do this technique specifically cause there is others and is dependent on yr level/range you are at that moment and these types all are tools that like exercising is to become a body type and these techniques are to grow yr spiritual energy or whatever that is labeled that is best connected with it like some religious others nonreligious but do a type that is what 🧘‍♂️ meditation in the mainstream representation and portrayal of meditation is follows the specific ones associated with Hinduism roots some of it also is applicable in Taoism.. but western culture doesn't teach proper steps and details to be a correct initation doing that mediation type and is how it is so common for majority of those who give it a chance give up from no results or struggle to do it long enough to reach the point .
