This is a walk which was completed today's date which is the 27th June 2024.
Walking from Leytonstone Harrow road across to Cathall and then up to Leytonstone and a walk back down the High Road.
I am with local resident to Leytonstone Richard Ives who is my father and was born in 1947 and has lived in Leytonstone all his life.
Originally being born in grove green road and then moving to Arundel close on the border of Stratford and Leytonstone and now still live in Leytonstone.
A few brief pieces of history from his own history as well as a bit of my own knowledge on the area including Alfred Hitchcock, David Beckham and Damon Alban. All who lived or was born in Leytonstone.

Great Video! I remember there use to be an Elite Chinese restaurant called Chopsticks on the High road, not sure if its there anymore though

@@Londonechoes yes, chopsticks in the highroad I remember this was like a Chinese buffet. Unfortunately not there anymore. I believe it is now the shop which is called a homies on donkeys which seems to be a Mexican style restaurant. Thank you for your comment 🙏❤️

Sad times all those houses gone in place of the road etc all that’s left of those houses are stones and plaques are u still in the area at all?

Thank you for the feedback it’s much appreciated. I noticed that also and have since gone back and re learnt a few things regarding editing audio which I believe I have now fixed that issue for future video content 🙏
