When u make smoothies to raise your iron levels avoid vitamin c (orange juice) bc it decreases the iron absorption!

from my research, vitamin c or any other form helps absorption!

Calcium and fibres MAY decrease iron absorption while vitamin c overcome that effect soo it helps with absorption
