@12:10: quick solution but not truly worried about the longevity......well buying a house is a big investment. How can I not worried about longevity plus I have no idea the REAL EXPERIENCES of people actually living in this kinds of houses throughout many years with all the harsh challenges of bad weather, storms, hurricane, earthquake, summer heat, winter cold, natural damages like bugs, termites, ticks, molds, etc. and the security against breaking in, thieves, etc. These above are actually what define A HOUSE, not a play room that just a little money that is sold for thousands of dollars or ten thousands of dollars??? I hope these manufacturers actually think they do good, not want people think bad calling names.....I hear people call it scammers.....but I am not following the crowds, I am very open minded though.....I am still a lot skeptical.....

Fridge, yes. Washer and dryer you have to request from the manufacturer or you can do a quick modification for the same in one of the spaces.

Cool video but that shower looks way too small and the toilet looks too close to the shower so I think I would rather get the 40 foot long expandable house that's like this one even if it costs more if I could afford it to get more space.

I am not too sure about longevity but this house is one of those that requires you to be delicate with it. It is designed to be collapsed and so most component are light to allow constant movement. It’s most suitable application would be a quick accommodation solution in remote areas and secure areas, quick solution for offices e.t.c.

For most parts of Kenya, the weather doesn’t encourage us to think of heating or cooling solutions as long as there is basic insulative properties within the walls. This house is made out of insulative walls that allows for conducive temperature ranges without any more support.

I am not sure of the lifespan yet. I am still learning more about it by the day. It is slightly more costly than shipping containers but I believe their applications are different.

@@livingtinywithGrace thank you. sorry, one more question. so, should the home need to be relocated to a different location using a flat bed and because the home once expanded, is too wide for the flatbed for transport, would it be possible to fold it back up? I ask because during installation, the home is caulked. Just wondering if it's still possible to fold back up after caulking for relocation purposes.

@@livingtinywithGrace Yes, I understand that it was a model home, which is why it needs to show the potential buyer how the space can be used. If the intent was for office space, then it's fine. However, if it's intended for Residential space then the model has not done its job. The potential buyer must be able to envision themselves living in the product you're trying to sell.. IJS.
