Its funny whilst we watch and indirectly pay influencers to have this lovely lifestyle of pottering in greenhouses and garden centres, going for treatments and attending fitness classes as well have a lovely gym of their own, not to forget our day to day living. It can be easy to get caught up wishing your life could be like this and its important to do similar things ourselves even if on a much smaller pared back scale. We can walk/exercise amongst nature, give ourselves a pamper and its free to wander around a garden centre, you may find bargain plants in the sale section if they have one. All I'm saying is that as an older viewer I think so many of the issues especially the mental health of younger people these days is thinking/wishing away many hours that their life was like this when in fact you can enjoy viewing but remember to enjoy living YOUR life as well! x

Sadly the new "clinking" music is so loud for headphones users. I need to turn the volume constantly up and down. 😥 Does anybody also experience this? Note also without headphones I need to turn the volume down.

Great video! I’m a kitchen gardener as well, and I do buy the grow tubes because cardboard and paper is highly sprayed to avoid bugs. The ones I have are glass and use very little soil. Technically I’ve gotten sprouts with just water. I’ve found I just don’t need that much soil to grow seedlings.

Hiiii! I don’t ever comment, but wanted to give you a slight “warning” re: you’re beautiful VCA necklace. The Mother of Pearl is super fragile, and sweat, lotions, water, etc can cause it to get damaged. The lovely lady at VCA warned me not to ever wear it in the shower, working out, after apply creams, etc. because even the smallest amount of sweat can damage it.

Josie, just a suggestion...when spraying your hair why don't you do it in a room that you won't be using for awhile...ie the powder room...spray it in there then come out...that way your not breathing in the mist and won't have to use your Dyson.

Perfume ought to be applied directly to the skin and allowed to dry. If you spray it on fabric or walk into a cloud of perfume you are likely to stain some fabrics or encourage it to attract dirt.

I’m sure you would love one of the Sarah Raven courses on growing veg and flowers from seed. Her tips are excellent and will help you start to curate your collection a little better. Might I also suggest that you might do better with a heated propagator, rather than the little plastic ones you’ve been buying as then you wouldn’t have to grow everything in the house where the plants won’t get enough light. You might also like to buy a greenhouse heater to keep your plants frost free whilst in the protection of the greenhouse. These are not expensive and will extend your growing season immeasurably. I hope you are getting married soon as both ranunculus and Lily of the valley flower in May, although the ranunculus may go on into June

I am lucky where I live too and the Dedham vale (area of outstanding natural beauty) near me is so beautiful at this time of year with snowdrops on the verges in huge drifts. Primroses are showing their heads and blackthorn is on its way. Lambs are appearing and farmers and their fields keep our country beautiful. I was thinking that one way to make you macaroni cheese healthier is to add pasta made from peas or wholemeal flour - I do half and half and it is delicious.
