Hello foodies welcome to veg food manual.Today let us learn the recipe of antina undi or dry fruits laddu.Antina undi is prepared in various ways but today we shall prepare this in UttaraKarnataka Madhwa Brahmins style.More ghee,more dryfruits more tasty the laddus will be.
List of ingredients
1 . ghee-nearly half kg
2 . dry coconut grated-3.5 huge bowls
3 . poppy seeds-3tbsp
4 . cashewnuts chopped-1/2 huge bowl
5 . almonds chopped-1/2 huge bowl
6 . karadantu chopped-1/2 huge bowl
7 . dry dates chopped-2 huge bowl
8 . 1/2 cup raisins
9 . for 2.5 huge bowl of dry fruits mix,1/2 huge bowl thick unmelted ghee & 1.5huge bowl of powdered jaggery

Kind of dryfruit which tastes like cashew.Yes you can skip it in its absence.

Yes i doubt that, its hard to find kerbeeja in Bangalore too, u can easily get the same in NorthKarnataka region..Replace it with pistachios..
