Ive made the mistake so many times with co workers involving speaking too much. Not all of them want you to succeed, in fact, just as the video says, certain people feel threatened by your rise to power

Work on pronunciation as incorrect accenting very off-putting - won't subscribe until content presented correctly - ambitious, financial are two examples - also seems a bit of paranoia at work here
