That’s so sad seeing all that food gone to waste .... it should be made illegal for companies to waste food.... here in the uk our stores allow food banks and homeless hostels pick the food up... even Kentucky fried chicken give the Salvation Army leftover chicken so we can feed people with it ...keep doing what you can ...

Cool Haul.... hey... i was doing a daytime-COLD, COLD weather dive and found 9 full sized bags (like in this video) and they had 3 bags of JUST coffee creamers... 4 bags of SALMON/TILAPIA/SHRIMP (Expiration dates of 4/21, 6/21, 7/21 & 4/22 ....ALL FROZEN ROCK SOLID STILL).... 2 bags of BREAKFAST SANDWICHES & FISH SLIDERS... HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF FOODS... All this was so much more than I could deal with... so i left most all of it and took what I could deal with only.. hoping other divers would come and get a blessing as well... well, I saw later that NOONE else came to find the rest... alas.. i still have more than i can deal with comfortably.. I guess it is all going to the landfill..... huhuhuhu

Remembering how you went on an adventure to feed the ducks some bread; I used to do that with my mom. Now I've learned that's not a good thing to do after reading the following so wanted to share: Bread makes ducks sick, prevents them from learning to forage, and can even deform their wings so they can’t fly. Here are some healthier alternatives, if you must feed the ducks. Additionally, uneaten bread crumbs attract predators like rats, grow mold that makes ducks and other riparian animals sick, and contribute to harmful algae blooms. 1. Frozen peas and pea shoots (don’t cook the peas, but let them thaw) 2. Sweet corn (canned, frozen or fresh) 3. Lettuce or cabbage (kale is their favorite!) 4. Oats (rolled, steel-cut, or instant, they’ll love this treat in moderation) 5. Seeds (bird seed or seeds from the health food market) 6. Rice (cooked or uncooked, in moderation) Just keep in mind, all of these items are special treats to be given sparingly. Ducks natural diet consists of algae, aquatic plants, worms, crustaceans, snails, small fish and fish eggs, insects, small amphibians, berries, fruits and nuts.

Must have been a dollar general...love it when they get a new store manager...usually every few months lol...the visual image I get of these types that will destroy things down to mush is standing there with the Superman cape on chest puffed out hands on hips signing their Superman song as the obliterate the stuff so none of those meddling dumpster divers can get it! Der der deeerrrrrr lol...I want so badly to bring in the article where the ceo for the company calls the employees especially store managers dumb and worthless...so dumb that they deserve the treatment the company gives them...
