Thank you Andrea for your positive vibes. I've never knitted so much in my life until the pandemic hit. I'm grateful to be able to be working from home and practicing my knitting skills with talented teachers like you ♥️

Dear Kelly, I love cross stitch as well! I did a lot when my children were little. Ahhhh if we had time to do it all… thank you for sharing it with us and please keep in touch!

I stayed in most of the time, but I am grateful for you and others online because then I didn't feel so isolated. I always have lots of yarn, so I was all set with lots of yarny projects. Having interests that provide comfort is so important! My only sibling (sister) passed away in early April 2020. She lived about 1500 miles away and I miss her terribly, but having the comfort of my yarn, hooks, needles, and little looms helps a lot. 🙏😻👍

I am so sorry for your loss in such hard times! To loose someone close is very difficult. It happens to all of us and so often, but when we loose a loved one it makes mortality so real and hard to understand. I am glad you could find some comfort and help in other things.

We just started meeting again at our local library. It's been a very odd time, and have both good and bad times. Our little group of friends kept each other sane during the pandemic, and I feel blessed to have had that support system.

That’s wonderful! Yes, we need to face this with a community, as a community. Too hard to do it alone! I am glad you have your group!
