A.L.I.E. was no doubt the most intimidating antagonist of the whole series. Sure, the primes were straight up creepy and Mount Weather was a terror trap, but A.L.I.E. could turn friend into foe without you ever knowing the difference. While the people under her digital thumb were definitely mortal, they could not feel pain. I assume they didn't need to sleep or eat as well. What they see, she sees. What they know, she knows. There's no sneaking up, there's no waiting her out. There's nothing and no one you could use as leverage against her, but she could use them against you. And she did.

For me, Season 3 of the 100 is the best season that shows how they struggled to survive in the dark persona of an AI being.. It's the only season that shapes the whole series and develop characters to next level.

This edit belongs in the city of light because its god tier editing eveything flowed together perfectly and I really liked the song choice suited her. A.L.I.E. was the best and most terrifying villain in the series. How are you supposed to fight people who can't feel pain? How are you supposed to go to war with someone who grows their army by taking from yours and doesn't give a damn if soldiers die, just replaces them? What made her even more scary was that she genuinely thought she was doing the right thing, and she couldn't under any circumstances be reasoned with. Pike was similar in that regard, but he was human, there could still be some hope of arguing with him. I was scared shitless of A.L.I.E. though, especially when she was possessing Raven, because she was the villain I wanted defeated, and a beloved character I didn't want to see hurt at the same time. Such a great edit too, gave me chills

Love how creative you are! Most vids of The 100 are on Octavia (who is amazing) but there are so many other excellent characters. If you did a vid on Madi that would be awesome! She's such a great character and sadly that aren't that many videos on her.

I have an interesting theory about alie, she was corrupted by the Elder Gods (Judges as called in the show) in order to eventually facilitate judgement day to maintain there survival and power and that everyone is trapped in an endless cycle in order to facilitate there survival because the multiverse is fracturing and starting to break apart! I have an interesting idea for a sequel mini series, what if Clarke and her friends found a way to go back in time to prevent the disciples of bardo from turning Bellamy and kill the disciples before cadogen enters the Aether and Dooms mankind’s existence as a species and then sacrifice themselves to collapse the multiverse, banish the judges to the place beneath creation(the dark aether you could say) and create a new singular universe where the judges don’t exist thus ensuring a better tomorrow for Madi and the Children in a new universe free from the corruption of the judges!
