Japan has a lot of doo-wop lovers. In fact, one of NYC`s oldest record shops sold it's entire inventory of 1 million records (45's ) to a Japanese collector for one dollar per record. I know because I had called the owner to place an order and he told me he was going into retirement, with the money from the deal.He told me some of the records could command much more $ from other collectors, but he wanted a quick turn-around deal.Unreal!
