I'm pretty sure that the commercial and other advertising did mention that it was a caffeine lemonade that was the whole charged part. So the whole they didn't know it was caffeinated would fail. The case is that they didn't know how much caffeine was in the drink. They could have asked or searched for it online which is what people who do have dietary restrictions do constantly.

For caffeine a single dose of 400mg might make you jittery but won’t do too much for most people, although it clearly can be lethal to those with particular sensitivity as the victims prove. It is also very rare for people to just get a single dose (acute exposure) of caffeine, most people who drink caffeinated drinks do so chronically (long term), which can have a variety of effects ranging from nothing if you don’t drink an insane amount to serious neurological and heart problems for addicts I should say that this isn’t a full analysis, but enough to give an idea of why it would be a problem to have this much even if it isn’t near a lethal dose

It could be more related to sugar? Which crashes me hard and intermittent fasting, with almost zero sugar intake, has been a godsend for my adhd. Stimulants don’t really work like that? Especially as most adhd meds are essentially extremely strong stimulants. Toxic af for your body but handy when you are too lazy to fix diet/exercise etc etc .

Redbull is also just piss water that no energy drink user actually likes or buys, because it tastes like ass and has fuck all in it to give you energy. The reason everyone is sensationalizing redbull as the "go to drink" for this comparison is because it is by far the smallest and weakest energy drink. Meanwhile the shit I drink has per ml double the caffiene and like 6 other energy producing extracts/supliments. I would consider this lemonade comparable per ml to an average energy drink (keep in mind that the large container is about 2x the size of an energy drink can.
