A Lemur Thanksgiving at Brookfield Zoo!

Today, the ring-tailed lemurs at Brookfield Zoo’s Hamill Family Play Zoo were treated to an early Thanksgiving meal! The lemurs feasted on a menu of turkey made of browse biscuits, sweet potato pie with a browse biscuit crust and popcorn, green beans, sugar-free grape jelly with dried cranberries, and sugar-free grape juice.
Before families settle down at their dinner tables for their own Thanksgiving Day meal on Thursday, November 27, they can head to Brookfield Zoo and enjoy seeing their favorite animals. Admission to the zoo is free on Thanksgiving Day as well as on Tuesdays and Thursdays in December and on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in January and February. (A parking fee still applies.)
