@@adailyfact use her past paper question packs. I practiced daily when school gave us study leave with the topic focused questions so that once I got used to the mark scheme, I knew how respond to questions in the way that AQA want them to be in.

I’m a bit confused, in the advanced information Required Practical 9 is listed… Should I focus on learning this version (w/ respirometer) or the one involving yeast w/ TTC ?? ☹️

she responded to a question like this on instagram, and mentioned that questions could be asked on either method so its safest to learn both (rough method etc) :)

Wouldn't decreasing the volume increase the pressure in the experimental tube, causing the fluid to move towards the control group?

It's decreasing the volume on content inside the tube, not the actual size of the tube. So the tube volume is the same, but volume of gas inside of it has decreased which is why the pressure decrease. Hope that helps

Is there a video on how the human gas exchange system is adapted for gas exchange? I seem to only be find the mechanism of breathing (Antagonistic muscles, diaphragm etc).

the volume of gas is lower inside the same sized chamber (not the volume of the chamber decreasing), so gas pressure decreases
