Thanks for viewing my video. Limpkins are new to our area. Two pairs of adults took up residence on the local pond about 6 months ago or so. Chicks of the next generation were born over the past 5-6 weeks. They seem to be settling in just fine and are a joy to watch. Thanks again!

Thanks! Nice to meet you as well. The limpkins were enjoying a feast. Should have a new video together in a few days. I've taken a look and some of the photos and clips captured the event nicely.

Glad you liked the video! Thanks for watching! All is well. I've been to the ponds a few times recently, but with the weather getting so warm, I'm probably going to start visiting in the early mornings or later in the evenings.

Don't chase life birds anymore but I did go see the one in Tulsa a couple of years ago. Such an unusual bird.
