I purchased my last order from an AliExpress company: Secret Girl Hair Products Co., Ltd. I needed to replace a closure on a wig I made 3+ years ago. I'm so sorry that you had that experience! I would most definitely dispute the charge with PayPal or your bank...however you paid for the product and demand your money back omg! I hope you can get the funds and then find a legit source that won't completely screw you and anyone else over just to make a quick buck. So ridiculous that people can do that so easily to others. You'd think it wouldn't be that difficult to find quality businesses and/or decent human beings that want happy customers?!
