Unfortunately not :/ barely any snow on the drive up to snowbowl too. Possibly leading up to Christmas we might get some snow next weekend 🤞

Do you need chains on your tires on the roads near snowbowl? I'm going for the 1st time flying in from Houston.

It depends on the day. If it hasn’t snowed in a while the road is fine. But it’s a steep, winding road so if it’s snowing they’ll require chains or 4x4. The mountain also offers a shuttle if your particular vehicle can’t handle the conditions. I would follow @AZSBUpdates on Twitter for up to the minutes details. Hope you have lots of fun at SB!
