In the beginner workshop, you would be taught on how to hoop with the right techniques on body and off body. Hula Hooping a great for building core strength and mental awareness in order to get more aligned with your body. Nobody leaves my sessions without a few good spins. Hula Hooping is about knowing a set of techniques and it can be learnt by any one and at any age. It's a wonderful tool to bring more focus to things and be lost in a meditative space without closing your eyes ;)
My mission in life is to let all of you see the beauty in you, the light in you and help you in your #HoopandHope journey to get more aligned with one self.
Supriya is a Hula Hoop Artiste/wellness coach from Bangalore and the Founder/ Brand Strategist of Purple Filter Consulting. She teaches Hula Hooping to kids and adults at her studio in HSR layout. She believes fitness is not just about the body but a lot to do with the mind. She over came tough phases of depression, anxiety and stress with the help of a Hula Hoop and her Hopeful fitness journey has been recognised by various media publications. She has been hooping since 2015 but explored the fitness benefits of it in the year 2017 by experimenting everything on her own. Soon she noticed that she was able to shed 10 Kgs herself and get into the shape she always wanted for herself. Since then she created fitness modules and is currently helping fitness enthusiasts to explore fitness in a completely new and unique style with her hoops.
