I also was adopted and beaten by the mother with a metal spoon your story is my story. Now the crazy thing is the father was a pastor and had a church and every day she would beat me with that spoon . Now they had two sons nothing happened to them tho later in life those scars make themselves visible. So every Sunday we go to church and I would listen to the father preach from the pulpit and I would think to myself where is that love at cause I'm not seeing that at home. It caused division in the family and . Still as I got older and the family would gather for holidays it was always uncomfortable the air was thick I would go to my room and cry and this one time I was.crying the angel of peace came in and said "even Jesus was persecuted" at that point I knew I had never felt so loved by God and was always and will be his.

I just pray to God that he can take my addictions away, so I don’t suffer through my addictions because I sure don’t want to go to hell. After listening to Pastor Eddie, my life was just like his, but I did not get abused as a child, my parents love me, I choose the wrong path I’m 62 and I don’t have much time. Thank you Pastor Eddie and thank you Randy may God bless this world and I pray that everyone comes to Jesus amen.

Pastor Williams, I had been horrifically abused in every way by both malevolent parents, one a paranoid sociopath and the other probably a schizophrenic. What my favorite Psalm was the 91st, the Psalm of Protection I know now. My most frequent prayer to Our Good Lord was to let me live to the age of 21 so that I can leave my so-called home without being taken back! My father told my sister he planned to kill me and hide my body where it could not be found. God saved my life yet again! However, she told me many years later. I never blamed God be cause my parents had exercised their free will. My prayers to Him sustained me through the excruciating episodes of pain, including an untreated hairline fracture of my thigh bone, and through the terror of my father pointing a loaded revolver at my chest, starting to pull the trigger! Yet my faith grew ever stronger. The Lord had just saved my life! Our Lord has intervened in my life so many times and in so many ways! Here I am a 71 years young woman. I have forgiven my late parents. Now I live in peace. 🕊💜🕊

I wish I could articulate my life from 5 to 60. The horror! The demons! The darkness! The Horror! But the love, the mercy and the grace…. my heart bursts with joy! To God alone be the glory!

Such an encouraging testimony. I have an addict daughter. She tells me how bad the withdrawals are. I pray for her everyday. I wait on our mighty Lord, in faith, and believe one day she will be delivered.

I have a story to tell about my horrific childhood abandoned by my father moved in my grandmother and mother my mother became sick and was put in foster care. This is when my life spirals the severe physical abuse. The beatings were so bad almost died and I was sexually abused in foster care by my foster sister this went on for four years. I was in 14 foster homes, hospitals, juvenile centers, and jails. I understand what this man went through. I felt rejected and abandoned. I never felt loved and I thought God left me. I got into drugs at 14 years old. When I ran away from the hospital. I could go on and on. I've been through some horrific things in my life. Even as an adult. I went through alot of stuff when I got out of foster care, I moved in with my dad and then a little bit after that he threw me out in the streets and told me he didn't want to ever see me again. I try to get sober, but my life is so painful that I can’t stay sober. I had to drink my pain away and do drugs. My father abandoned me for the second time, and we haven't spoken since maybe once or twice, and that's about it. Now today, God has really healed me from my past. I went through years of therapy because I was so messed up through night terrors. But now, today, I don't have any more night terrors because God really has healed me. It has taken many years. To really try to heal from my past and forgive people who have done wrong to me. But what I'm saying is that this is just a scrape off the surface of what I've been through.

I'm so glad he was able to overcome this Traumatic Childhood. That "Mother" was nothing but demon possessed and a absolutely sick person. Who could abuse an innocent child? God bless you Sir. 🙏🏽

Hey Randy. My parents were foster care as well. My Dad won a "Heart Of Gold" award for going above and beyond in caring for over 250 troubled, abandoned, and mentally handicapped children and a few adults on emergency basis (the adults) - My folks were both born and grew up in England. Dad served aboard HMS Illustrious, a well known carrier, during WWII, and transferred to the army and became SAS after WWII ended, thinking he would have a great career with hard physical labour which he loved and thrived on! Dad thought transferring after WWII was over, would be a solid career because "surely, the world would have had enough of war and his service would be 100% during peace time!! He was so shocked and sick when he was ordered to Egypt during the "Suez Canal" business!! He retired when that service was complete!! Mom, did "her bit" assembling bomb components during the war, then they both moved to Canada where they met and spent the rest of their lives in complete devotion and love with each other!! Dad had "God beat out of him" after being involved in bloody battle, and witnessing the horrific horrors of war on civilians, men, women and children starving, diseased and even seriously wounded!! Seeing dead children, and adults in the streets of major cities caught in the war where dead bodies were as garbage left in the streets as zombies walked around them not even noticing!! So many WWII veterans experienced the same "loss of God" as they never got an answer to their burning question "How could a loving, all mighty God let this happen? I was a lead vocalist/writer/rhythm guitar player in rock, then hard rock then metal when I was a young man and LOVED that "rock star" lifestyle! I wanted exactly NOTHING to do with God who only offered me "life" AFTER death, but first I had to give up my favorite vices, women, drugs and being "worshipped" on stage!! NO THANKS!! ") Randy, Jesus spoke my name one early morning when I had decided to drive a couple of hours North to wean myself off these serious, hard drugs to clean up in time for a meeting with two major U.S. labels, which we had attracted. I knew they would take one look at me and that would have been the last time we saw them!! So, my big plan was failing miserably as I had gone through all my stash in less than two weeks, then lost my car keys!! I PANICKED!! I was in the midst of full blown major serious withdrawal when I heard my name spoken!! LONG STORY VERY SHORT - Jesus spoke to me, and I dare not turn around to look at Him, as He was directly behind me and I was thoroughly petrified!! So, He spoke to me and also showed me a crystal clear vision which looked so much more real than anything on this plain!! It was my parents standing side by side with my two sisters and brother. Not a word was spoken, then suddenly they began to disappear until their was one left, then gone! I had NO clue what that was about until many years later when I came to understand God had shown me the order which I would lose my family, and it was 100% BANG ON CORRECT!! It started when I lost my 45 year old brother Jim, who was five years older than me, and had a seriously ill wife and four young daughters. Jim lost his three year battle with pancreatic cancer on Feb 4th 2004. His wife passed away a couple of years later! Then we lost mom, then my father under extremely horrific circumstances which I won't go into here. By the time Jesus left, I was INSTANTLY healed and cured from the unbearable withdrawals, and was no longer addicted to drugs!! My wife called an emergency band meeting and we both drove over two and a half hours so I could tell the guys I quit!! Randy, I tried and tried to speak to Dad about Jesus, but he wanted NOTHING to do with Jesus!! Dad was a Neo Darwinists and atheist! I spent HOURS UPON HOURS learning EVERYTHING I could about evolution and became very well versed!! Of course, in layman's term, and yet I am still able to hold my own and many times better when discussing with educated "evolutionists"!! I came to realize Dad did NOT reject God as if God did not exist, as he claimed, I came to understand, even if Dad wasn't 100% aware, that rather than not believe God exists, Dad was ENRAGED with God!! I believe ALL "atheists" have the same factor, where they are incredibly angry when debating, and if God didn't exists, as they claim, then why all this rage? Nope, it's not that they don't believe there is a "God" - they are angry because there is a God, and they don't know why He "allowed" such things as pain, crime, war, disease, misery etc. They do not comprehend the true meaning of this life!! THE MEANING IS THIS - we are on this planet, and to learn what happens when WE (man) are in control!! Look at how close we are to wiping out ALL life!! God could have truly left us alone, and yet He loves us so much that HE STILL DOES intervene from time to time for His purposes!! Adam & Eve ignored God's warning and instead chose to truth and believe satan, their/our mortal enemy!! So, as much as I tried Dad simply became enraged and he either kicked me out of his house or left mine!! It broke my heart!! I do not know what Dad said or did in the moments prior to his death! Also, I know our Lord is just, fair and best of all, I know Jesus and our Father have an overabundance of love!! Wow! I must say I'm so sorry for your childhood, Eddie, though I know you are not since you know the Lord Jesus was always with you. Such a powerful testimony. I'm sure the Lord is using you to touch many hearts. Amen! My husband was abused, though not like you. In his case, his mother was told by a doctor that if she ever had children it would kill her. She had two, and it didn't kill her. My husband was her 2nd child. His entire life she said to him, "I never wanted you." His father was physically abusive. Shortly after we married, his parents died a year apart, and my husband suddenly remembered his childhood. He became so angry and I was the person he took it out on. I was given fellowship to leave him. But with two small children I needed help to do that. No one would help me. None of the brothers and sisters, no family member either. So, it was impossible. I didn't have enough money to leave and support the girls. So, I'm still with him forty years later. But here's the thing, my husband has received Jesus as his Lord and Savior. While he's still pessimistic, he is no longer abusive. And, all of heaven is rejoicing.

Yes amazing testimony! As brother Eddie described his friend in the mental hospital it seemed like a version of a movie I had seen. I believe it was in scarface movie that a young boy not mentally ill was put in an asylum and he also found friendship with a rich, deserted male, and became a close buddy, to him, who was born with physical limitations and had parents who had left him in a mental institution. So sad to hear that these vulnerable populations get locked up behind closed doors and further victimized. What a Great PHYSICIAN OUR LORD, JESUS CHRIST IS! When we welcome HIM into our lives, HE removes the brunt of our sin soaked deeds and its accompanying wounds and although we remember what has happened to us, in the past, HE paves a new path of healing, health, and joy.

What a powerful, POWERFUL testimony!! Because I died, and had asked Jesus to forgive me of all my sins about 18 hours before I unexpectedly died - I went straight to heaven. And people sometimes 'ridicule' by saying, "So, you're saying Jesus is the ONLY way to heaven?!" Of course I tell them ,"YES!" But I LOVE Pastor Wiggins answer to that question, "Thank God there IS a way!" Thank you Pastor, I'm going to use that perfect answer from now on. You know, when people hear testimonies like mine and of others who went to heaven - some of them just assume there is no hell to avoid. That's why it is SO important for people to hear both testimonies of heaven AND hell. So they can see the contrast of which eternity they are choosing while they are here on the earth. The joy that the light has is not touching you anymore. You can see it, but you can be a part of it. It doesn't illuminate that darkness. The blackness swallow all the light. And you know. You feel the fact that the darkness now will not let you feel that light. It's utter true despair being out of his light. I died.
