I think security issues have international bearing that has been brewing since 1998 August bombing and 2002 Kikambala incidents all which happened long before he was the president. I thinking going to Somalia also has both positive and negative results but the positive ones will prevail. On local insecurity like Baragoi and other city crimes I wish much was done. I hope Uhuruto/ will reduce this menace.
