The xd runs same internals as a dodge 3500 diesel from what I read shaft and piston I went with the xd and pump kit for jk almost done installing I like it so far

You mean like bolting larger Dodge Ram Calipers, pads and rotors instead of buying a "JK bog brake kit"? Will Dodge 3500 diesel steering box bolt into the JK?

What about fluid for just the big bore? Will it need a pump to input more fluid since it is bigger ? Or can you use the factory?

No it works with factory pump.

It doesn’t require one but PSC suggests upgrading

Angrykromag you probably can if you know how to do the plumbing on the box.

Yes, I just bought an XD kit with ram assist and their high flow pump.
