In this video we take a look at the Mauviel 24cm Copper Saute pan.
I am fairly certain that this is the newer Heritage M200 series. The thickness looks to be exactly 2mm.
I will leave the conclusion to another separate upcoming video, in which I will discuss copper in general, and if it is worth buying?

100 euros is indeed an amazing deal! a new one with lid would sell A$1000 (650 euro) here in Australia... from what I see I think your pan is an slightly earlier model, Mauviel's latest 2.0mm line (made after 2021) do not have anodized stainless handles

Thank you for the review, great content! although I don't own a MAUVIEL saute pan, I did purchase their 16cm stainless steel casserole with the copper handle, and I have to say that the handle, thought very beautiful, is not very comfortable. It's too long and too narrow, and as a woman, I don't have big hands. I recommend anyone who want to buy a Mauviel pan, try to find it in the store, feel the handle, and if it suits you, than you can buy.

These days I think Mauviel doesn't offer very good value for money to be honest. All of their pans are overpriced, simply because of the Mauviel name. They are still high quality pans though no doubt, just not like before.

I'd likely keep it at that price, also. It's a shame they did away with the M250. I'd prefer they raised their price than just remove copper thickness. I want to buy one copper piece to use outdoors on gas (indoors is induction) and think I will go with Falk, especially if I can get lucky and find a used one. I have Falk Copper Coeur for indoors, but I'm really curious to try the thicker, full copper. Looking forward to your conclusions on this pan and, as always, really enjoying your cookware analysis.

really opened my eyes that there are so many people for whom extra thickness is a good thing. truth is, that extra thickness won't give you any better performance, I've used both 2.5mm and 2.0mm thick copper and I don't think 2.5mm perform better by any means. thicker construction means more unnecessary weight and makes it more difficult for precision heat control which is what copper is good for
