The Queen is known to write extensive diaries, but they're extremely personal. If they are ever published, which is doubtful, it probably won't be until long after she's passed. I imagine they are a treasure of information.

Hello, bilebubble, allow me to answer your question. First of all, lets ignore the economical impact of the queens existance for a moment shall we? (Don't worry my little urchin, I will get there). The queen is a symbolic representation of British culture aand history, she makes us who we are and, being above politics, gives us something to look up too beyond the next prime minister. In theory she still retaines near absoloute power, the power to command the millitary, appoint and dismiss any MP (including prime minister) that she wishes, refuse and allow laws to be signed into effect and has veto power on all issues discussed in parliment. Why is that good? Because it serves as a backstop against dictatorship. She could In theory use that power tomorrow, but she doesn't need to, because the beauty of that power in todays world is that you can only have it if you don't use it. If the government went full tyrant she can step in, dismiss the gov, and force another election. Britain will never become a dictatorship for this reason. She also serves as a living flag, a symbol, something to rally behind, and as we saw during the covid crisis, a few words from her can soothe a lot of anxiety in the country. She has the power of suggestion, she doesn;t need to use her power because she is so respected that an informal talk or even a question is enough to get matters resolved. Now then, on to the economical arguemnt. We pay £60m a year to the monarchy, not the queen, the monarchy. Split up that is about £1 for every man woman and child in the country. I loose more than that down the back of the sofa each year. In return for this the effect she has on tourism is staggering. She brings in £461m (I believe thats the figure) each year simply by existing. That would vanish overnight if fools like you ever got your way, so you would in fact be harming this country not just culturally, but economically. In addition to that, we also have the revenue generated by the crown estates that employ around 1000 people (I'm not sure what the exact number is annually but I believe it is well over £1b) This is money that the government gets from estates that were given to them by the monarchy in the 13th century (I believe it was the 13th, it may have been the 14th, im not sure) when the monarchy agreed to hand over every crown owned estate in return for annual subsady from the government. As you can see, we got the better deal. In addition to this, the queen pays taxes that legally she does not have to pay, she is a patron of countrless charitable causes and served as a mechanic during WWII Even though her father forbid her from joining the army. In addition to her constant neutrality, she has remained comitted to a job that she takes as seriously as the day she took it, working LONG past retirement age only for fools like you to question why she should be there.
