The races for three of California's Congressional districts remain too close to call the day after Election Day. The U.S. House seats in question are District 3, between Democrat Kermit Jones and Republican Kevin Kiley; District 9, between Democrat Josh Harder and Republican Tom Patti; and District 13, between Democrat Adam Gray and Republican John Duarte.
