Such a heart touching story. Beautifully narrated. I guess this is the first few stories I read where the man's mother has positive comments and observations of the son's partner. Usually the man's mother is always not only critical of the girlfriend/wife but humiliating, insulting and degrading.

@BuickDoc I agree, even though I have no idea of the author's identity. Through the expert use of correct words at the right time, the author of this video managed to bring the characters alive in the reader's mind. They seem real, rather than simply 2-dimensional characters moving across our computer screen. It's a sign of true talent when a writer can create such vivid pictures in the reader's mind, using nothing more than words.

I love this story even though I have no idea whether or not there is any truth in it or not. The sense of tenderness and caring shine through right from the first word. You sure earned a big 'thumbs up'. After building up a sense of suspense over how Stephanie would be accepted by James parents it was a great relief when the meeting finally occurred. Keep up the good work.

Please!!! It's unconfortable to hear your voice the way you do it.Narrate with a normal voice!!! Listen to the lady who narrates "Love and other Fables". You narrate well, though

Its a pity your pronunciation was so poor "Escapades" try (esk -kA- Pades) that was a hopeless first attempt. Remember people listen then think they are pronouncing properly which is a great problem for teachers in America.
