Ever since I got into Touhou, Koakuma has rewritten my entire brain structure and I am now gods only Koakuma kinnie. So it makes me so happy to see a video talking about her that isn’t just “haha Koakuma pervert devil”. I will be subscribing for Koakuma fumo thank you

I'm pretty sure that it's because Koakuma still doesn't have an official name. Even though ZUN *has* called her that, he's also said that she has *no* official name.

"Koakuma" is just used commonly enough in the fanbase that many people accept it as canon, even though it isn't.
