It will be the Council of Muftis, from which they will choose the Khalifah. Under the Khalifah will be a seat for a Mufti from every country in world with 100,000 plus Muslim population as Islam is for entire World. From every municipality we will choose a representative till we have the Council of Muftis for that country with a Grand Mufti of that country to sit in the Council of Muftis under the Khalifah. All communication can be done remotely with everyone working from home. Most effective and real democratic way of governing where all decisions are made by the Council of Muftis but the Khalifah having the final say. Under the Khalifah, the "ULMN" will have its own army, navy and Air Force under one commander for defending the entire ummah. We already have the hardware from major Muslim countries. They just have to be relabeled "ULMN" when they out to defend any part of the Ummah like removing the Mediterranean Sea blockade by Israelis.The four letters "ULMN" will be enough to deter anyone from doing what is happening in Gazza today. But we have to be the Nation of Al Muttaqun for Allah SWT is saying now: "You are the Best of People ever raised up for Mankind, enjoining what is Good, forbidding what is evil and believing in Allah SWT" .... Quran 3: 110 Then how can we go wrong when the fear of "ULMN" will overwhelm the hearts of our enemies? That is what Islam is and we are Muslims to resolve every matter in a Peaceful manner, Insha Allah. Alhamdu Lillah. If no one is willing to act as the acting Khalifah, I will be the acting Khalifah till one is chosen and sincerely invite all Muslims to join me in this effort, for if we fail but we will never fail, we will still get one Hashanah for our intentions, Insha Allah Jazak Allah Khair Your brother Abu Saad Acting Khalifah (as Son of Adam, AS)

Al hamdhu lillaah for the Scholars upon the Sunnah , the Salafi Dawah. From them whom have access to advising the Rulers directly in private and face to face. They are following the Sunnah and manhaj as Salaf as-Salih in advising the rulers. They can't force their own family members to be guided, so what about Rulers, neighbors, work colleagues???? Sir, please describe the situation of the rulers of these Muslim countries, who build temples of idolaters in their countries and develop close relations with idolaters and infidel countries. Are they still Muslims? Muslims around the world hoped that the Taliban would raise their voice against the atrocities committed on innocent Muslims in different parts of the world. But they have shown a keen interest in developing relations with the idol worshipers in the neighbourhood. They are developing a close relationship with them day by day. The people of another Muslim country in the neighborhood stood side by side with the Afghan people during the American invasion. Now the Taliban is sheltering the terrorists of this neighboring country in Afghanistan. Terrorists are killing innocent children, women and men in schools/masjids on a daily basis. The Taliban are silent spectators and watching the atrocities on innocent Muslims. "are they still muslims"......? Yazid was also born to Muslim parents but he slaughtered the entire family of the Prophet Mohammad ( pbuh) . People have been cursing him since day one. The current rulers of Muslim countries are indirectly responsible for the genocide of Palestinian children. Muslims all over the world are also cursing these murtads day and night.

you should never mention the names of scholars, ( or any other muslims for that matter), and saying bad things about them, be careful, unless you want to stand against them, not knowing everything about them and the issues back then, in the judgment day, I suggest that you make a clear advice for the muslims that they should never conceal fatwa when it is needed for the ummah at any certain point of time, and we, inshallah, will understand your point without stabbing other scholars in their faith and beliefs. The only way you can prove you or them wrong, in the way of prophet Mohammed peace be upon him, is to sit down with them and talk to them, and discuss the matters at hand, other than that, A true believer would never say bad things about other muslims..., No Matter What. I'm not saying that the other muslims or scholars, should I say, are never wrong and they're pure and good at all times, No!, that's not what I'm saying, because it's a different subject, but rather, I say, do not bring yourself to uncalled-for punishments by Allah that you really need to be staying as far away from as possible. We don't need to attack on scholars, but rather, we have to teach muslims the rightful way of the Islamic religion, and how it should really be comprehended. I hope the advice is comprehendible...may Allah guide us to the right path, and gather us in the most high point of Jannah, Amen.

Todays scolars for dollars

This is a case of a speaker who may be right about some of the issues in the Umma but his method is reckless and chaotic in nature. It has identified some the major problems. However it is too rigid in perspective without allowing any room for mercy nor excuses while exciting the common people against their Ulema and rulers. Meanwhile the enemies of Islam carelessly watch the Muslims for confusion and weakness to over take them so they can totally destroy them for good. We must be patient and wise and advise the Heads of the Muslims with sincerity and make dua for them. 😢

Our scholars have sold out and the likes of laymen have more awareness and bravery with regards of what to do in current situations! Shame on the likes of Sudais and Fawzan! Shame on them! All that good they did has gone out the window!!!
