One of the most powerful techniques I've encountered. As a child we would do this naturally but we learn, become accustomed or get into a habit of blocking this process at a detriment to our health.

@@ellagraziani8999 As he explains in this video, he talks about allowing yourself to FEEL the anxious feelings, just as you would allow yourself to feel other feelings like happiness or humor. I have listened to this talk a number of times. He says we need to honor ALL of our feelings. By not resisting the unpleasant feelings and not trying to cover it up with food, drugs, drink, shopping, etc and just FEEL it. It will then pass just as other emotions come and go. You can say to yourself "This is an opportunity to FEEL" when an unpleasant feeling comes up, rather than saying to yourself, "I hate this, my day is going bad, etc." Just like you would laugh at a funny joke in the moment, you would not put it away to laugh at later. "You can't clear an emotion unless you FEEL it".

@@ellagraziani8999 I am dealing with anxiety too and I am trying to follow his advice to allow myself to FEEL unpleasant emotions when they come up, rather than run from them. I guess it's like anything, the more we do it, the better we get at it. I would like to join in his group distance healings online next time, I missed the previous one, just found out about him recently.

I just yelped at the end when Charlie mentioned the example of somebody saying they "would die without gluten". I have a family member who has chronic migraines and I am convinced it's their diet. I once said something about just cutting BACK on bread and I got "I would die without bread"... nope, I don't think you would. Thank you for sharing Charlie!
@mygirldarby Жыл бұрын
Removjng meat and dairy from the diet is very beneficial. Animal protein is highly inflammatory. Eating animals also has an ethical component. It's my strong belief based on experience and contemplation that when we eat the bodies of animals and drink the milk nursed from them, we eat and drink their misery. Animals know when they are headed for slaughter. They smell the blood and terror in the air. Just like humans, fear causes high levels of cortisol and other stress hormones to run through their bodies. They are slaughtered while in that fear state and the people who eat the animals are eating those stress hormones. We are what we eat.

G*D is Love! Watch some of the Anthony chene Documentaries on NDEs.I especially love the Jeff Olsen one, but also see the Vivas one on Miracles, where G*D tells him that there are no separte religions in Heaven. (free on KZfaq) someone brought up in more formal Church, comes to see/feel the true Unconditional Love of the Divine. Learn how to have a loving respectful, authentic relationship with someone, whatever their outside genitalia. I believe, that's what's most important, aligned and Spiritual.

There are 2 parts of anxiety and you have to choose one or the other( it can be both). Do you have anxiety of the mind or is it really physical thing. I know anxiety can present itself as physical but you have to learn to know if is it one or the other. But being one or the other can feed into each other. If you think it is more physical then like me I noticed I lacked magnesium. Lack of magnesium means your body can not relax. Not relaxing can and does raise anxiety.

Charlie has one mission and that is to teach others to heal so that we can all have someone locally to walk to for help. Also what if Charlie needs healing one day , if there is no one else to heal him then what , the last of his kind is lost and no way to learn for those who have the talent like him . Hidden talent is in us all , how to disclose the talent is the key to understanding how to utilize the talent.

I have what I label as a very irrational fear of dogs. I just stay away, or sometimes run away. I'm a full-time traveler and have been at campgrounds where I can't stay away from them and just pack up and leave since I don't have to be anywhere. I believe they know I'm afraid of them and assume I am up to no good and I'm often chased or attacked for no reason, not even being close to them, I've had dogs come out of nowhere chasing me, which fuels this fear. Of course, childhood issues started this, 66 now. Can this method help with that?

Anxiety can be really paralyzing If it's really serious. I'm experiencing it myself right now. It's made me not get out, can't do anything anymore. 💔 Mostly lying in bed. I would have been grateful if this fine man would help me with a healing. My anxiety is triggered by stress and sadness and by So-called "medications". I don't know how to get out of this. I'm 56 years old and I'll languish in solitude if I don't get out of this. I'm scared! But I'll probably never get that opportunity to get his help...

If it is permanent - Charlie is a miracle of God. If it is temporary - then there are other possible answers to the question: what is Charlie? If one has been in contact with Charlie and knows the answer to the question: is the improvement temporary or permanent? - let write it here.
