This story depicts the reality of how the ‘love’ of money rule some people’s hearts & minds. People willingly harming others for what they can gain! They apparently give no thought of what lies ahead when they have to give an account of their actions to God, & will spend eternity somewhere. They lack human compassion & obviously have no conscience at all. I wonder if they think about the fact that one day they too will die, & just as we came into this world with nothing; we can surely take nothing with us when we die! Too much lessons to retrieve out of this story!!!! Very much adaptable to the life we lead. There are always wrong marriages in life betraying, cheating with a lover behind the scene who have an illegitimate son and greedy for the wealth and Iegacy, busy buddy people like the chief nurse in the story. Mickey, the dog was a character whom I appreciated in the story. Yet, a remarkable goal Walter had kicked against an evil, cheating wife and against her son from the man whom she cheated Walter. Good job Walter!!!! I am glad for the happy ending.
