The Structure Tnt can actually spawn multiple kinds of buildings but i think you have to select it by right clicking on the tnt with the configuration tool.

The 10k one is by far my favorite and the fact that either the devs or the modders (im unsure which one is responsible) took the time to put in a function to create the kind of relation the explosion had with the bedrock and command blocks is so amazing and probably a lot of work!
