Love the house! The developer really sticks to their theme Bahay Kubo which is the air just flows around the house & very energy saving no need for aircon & lights during the day bcoz it was surrounded by big windows. And at the same time it was a classic design which is timeless thar never goes out of style👌 i may never get that kind of house but I'm always fascinated by watching house tours 😊

Very well thought talaga it is my first time to see a wall made of galvanized iron and open at that for air to circulate and natural light to enter. Alam mo na ang Pilipinas ay napaka-init thus less electrical lights meant less heat . The only thing is privacy, I do not like someone coming to your house and upon entrance will be able to see every nook and cranny of your house. Alam niya kung where is everyone sitting but yes well thought by the architect kaya lang bakit ang master room eh nasa third floor instead of second floor kasi gusto mong bantayan lahat ng anak mo kapag teenagers na sila....LOL..

The garden looks nice. Pero di pa masayadong na maximize yung space.✌🏻
