This is for someone who dont want to spend thousands on an actual vintage dirty dozen but love the look.. I myself bought the timefactor smiths version which has the classic 36mm size, 100m water resistance with increased anti magnetism, sapphire crystal and sellita manual winding movement.. I feel that if you are going for the authentic look and feel, then, praesidus should go all the way and make it with acrylic and fixed lugs.. making a vintage watch travel through time is quite special.. like what is being done by Baltic and Lorier..

I like the bracelet. It's a bit different! But I would worry that it would be too long for my scrawny wrist.

I think it's a good modern interpretation of the "Dirty Dozen" and given that the style needs a small seconds movement there are not too many around. Price lets this one down. $500 would be my estimate of where it should be. Timefactors UK are supposed to be doing a version this year. They'll do a good job and probably price it around £400.

Praesidus is as American as Filippo Loreti Italian.Both comes from Montrichard Group.American assembly?Which part,the rotor maybe..

$900 for a Landeron, I had to pass despite so much else being just right with this one.

They ask for all that coin, yet can't be bothered to make their own parts. I can look past outsourcing the movement, but if you can't be bothered to make your own cases and so on, I don't see the appeal. American assembled with imported parts? What a joke. Nobody in my country can be bothered to make anything from scratch anymore.
