Looks good! I think one day I will try this using drained canned potatoes and make a small scalloped potatoes in my air fryer. Homemade white sauce is the best

I have used the canned potatoes and it came out great. I had to make sure the sauce was a little thicker because it doesn't bake nearly as long.

Hi Kim you add some vinegar and few pepper flackes to valance out the sweet of the marmelade for the orange chicken.
