Do you love interior design and want to fill up empty rooms using your favorite style? You can buy an empty apartment and furnish it. Do you prefer things only engineers would understand? You can focus on repair and installations. Are you an expert on the "small move, big change" approach? You can buy a decent house and make it perfect by adding some style and fixing stuff.
The ultimate goal of the house flipping business is profit. Are you a risk taker? Do you like to invest? Estimate profit and find the best risk/reward ratio for you.

I personally wouldn't buy 'A moving house'. But if there is desperation, the first thing I do after I buy this one is put some curtains in the bathroom space. That is too exposed.

Funny enough, because of the placement of the windows, you actually can't place curtains there. I tried.

did you know that, if you point the selling device at the windows or the traincar outside...you can change them?! i just found out when i tried to sell one of the windows. instead of selling it opened a change menu! i turned all the windows from 'destroyed' to the dark green. then thought. maybe i can clean up the outside? BINGO! point it at the train roof top and you can redo the whole thing clean as new! i now have a nice new paint job on the train.

Do they have pocket doors on offer? They save on floor space, not needing room to swing open. In small spaces, having doors left or right instead of centered gives you additional wall space to anchor, for instance, a comfortable chair, or built-in bench seating for the dining table. (😂I watch a lot of Tiny Home and RV building shows!) Do they offer frosted glass? Perfect for bath and bedrooms where curtains aren’t an option. I actually have them.

Ooh I have an idea Wels! Haha ofc you can still ignore it haha but... You can do some little clips of you putting furnitures as like a montage then to the whole showcasing the done design! Like the whole *Places couch* *Puts the plant down* Etc Haha overall, i missed your content and houseflipper!! 🖤🖤🖤

I have a small handful of mods, but I don't think I've actually used any of them (they just add extra furniture items and decorations). I do have all the DLCs, though.
